Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in accounting, finance, or related field)
• 1-3 years accounting experience
• Must know debits/credits
• Experience in Real Estate (+)
• Experience with Sage 300 or Timberline (+)

Job Description:

• Accounts Payable
• Bank Reconciliations
• Journal Entries for wires
• Booking Corporate AMEX transactions to the respective Real Estate Entities
• Employee expense reimbursements
• Various ad hoc requests
